There will be two types of living situations offered at Two Sparrows Village that will be phased in –
Phased Construction and Development
Independent cottages
- Groups of four to six residents
- Tailored for those who can live independently with minimal supervision
- Each cottage will include both typical and special needs adults
Residence Halls
- Residence Hall with private dorm rooms
- Each hall to house 12 to 30 adults including both typical and special needs adults
- Accommodations include independent living areas and dining rooms
- Living arrangements will be separated by gender
